Onboarding – A PART OF A TOTAL COMMITMENT TO SECURE RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI)

When setting up RS Production, we always start an Onboarding program to ensure quality and expected outcomes with the introduction of Data Driven Production Management in your organization.

The onboarding program is based on our experience of helping over 150 factories start with more fact-based production management and works in both pilot installations and rollout projects.

The result of an onboarding program is that in the shortest possible time will be up and running with fact based actions.

IMPLEMENTATION IN THE OPERATIONS

  • Quality assured data collection – You can trust on the figures
  • Automatic reports to the right people at the right time – You can run fact-based meetings
  • Real-time visualization that drives the right behaviors – You will respond faster
  • Clear working methods and well-defined responsibilities – You will be able to maintain a high system level
  • Training – You will be able to own the system and adapt it accordingly

After completion of Onboarding, the responsibility of the factory is transferred to a super user and at Good Solutions, responsibility is left to a support manager.

QUALITY ASSURANCE STEP BY STEP

We believe that a pilot installation is a great way to test something new on a manageable scale. It is also a way for you to assure your requirements as a buyer and prepare your own organization for future changes.

This is a typical pilot and roll out process

1. pilot

1 – IDENTIFY INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS, AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

What facts and instructions will help your organization to act faster and more accurately? Together we identify what objectives, goals and expectations you have.

1.1 – TECHNICAL TEST INSTALLATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality assurance of data and facts from RS Production. We will help you to ensure that the data captured is correct and that instructions and checklists will serve as a basis for your team’s work.

1.2 – IMPLEMENTING IN YOUR OPERATIONS

Introduction to daily operational work focusing on your processes for standardized working methods, reporting and meetings. During this phase, leaders and operators are trained for sharp operation.

2. go or no go

2 – PAYBACK AND PROOF, FINAL PILOT PRESENTATION

We check the aims, objectives and expectations with the pilot. We look together on the outcome (changed working methods and measurable improvements).

Based on the experience of the pilot and the payback discussion, you decide to proceed with rollout (or not).

3. FURTHER ROLL OUT

The intention of a pilot is always to continue rolling out within an agreed time frame.

3.1 – TECHNICAL INSTALLATION

Continued quality assurance of data and facts from RS Production. We will help you to ensure that the data captured is correct and that instructions and checklists will serve as a basis for your team’s work

3.2 – IMPLEMENTATION IN YOUR OPERATIONS

Introduction to daily operational work focusing on your processes for standardized working methods, reporting and meetings.

3.3 – TRAINING OF YOUR USERS

Training your system owners to own and manage the system themselves.
